Heartland M&A advises on the joint venture of Rinascita Holding, Finam Holding, SG Family Trust, and S2S Energy for 260.4 MW BESS project in Puglia, Italy.

Heartland Renewables LLC successfully advised Rinascita Holding S.r.l. (RH), SG Family Trust, S2S Energy S.r.l. (S2S), and FINAM Holding S.r.l. (FH) to establish a new joint venture to develop a substantial 260.4 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Italy.
